It’s just a chance to say thank you in person
So to be as brief as possible, my attendance is a long over due “thank you to Eric and RGC Staff. In 2019 I got diagnosed with Lymph Node Cancer… I was only 4 years into my newfound sport… 3rd total knee replacement… that’s another story… anyway, I wasn’t into YouTube yet but my chosen profession is a cameraman and editor… I have been blessed to have been on staff at Warren Miller Films in Boulder, worked in Hollyweird and now it’s corporate and it pays the bills. The cancer would/could have been catastrophic but there’s that will thing… after I got home I felt like all everybody was looking at was the scar on my neck and people, I was in a bad place… I have younger friend who came by and checked on me … and if you have ever been there, it’s a space I don’t recommend however he too is a creative … we both attended the same university, just eleven years apart… who knew? … I was in a deep funk … thought I wasn’t gonna be able to swing again…. I couldn't skateboard or play basketball so golf was the logical choice… golf itself is the original extreme sport… I mean, come on you hit a little white ball with a stick … pretty extreme😂… I know I’ve jibber jabbered, I was turn on to the “Adventures in Golf Series” and a couple of other You Tubers like “Peter McKinnon and Matti Haapoja … long story short… tuning into the series kept a fire alive that was slowly losing its flame… it goes way too deep to type it out but… but thank you y’all … I’ve bought a lot RGC gear over the last…
